Joint-school Activity of Rural School Service Project: English Day Camp

To broaden students' horizons and increase opportunities for interaction, communication, and the use of English with foreigners, our school participated in the Rural School Service Project organized by the Hong Kong Metropolitan Schools Council and the Chinese University of Hong Kong's Office of Academic Links, engaging in learning and exchange activities with the international exchange students.

13 students and two exchange students from CUHK, Ashley and Lily, attended a joint-school event which was about “Festivals Around the World” on 29th November. They were responsible for the booth about Thanksgiving. They promoted the cultures to students from different schools and exchange students from all over the world. Meanwhile, students participated in learning activities actively and explored a variety of cultures from different countries.

為擴闊學生的視野，增加與外籍人士相處、交流及運用英語的機會，本校參加由香港都會學校議會及香港中文大學學術交流處合辦的「開心學英語」計劃，與來自世界各地的交流生進行學習及交流活動。

11月29日，13位同學及中文大學交流生Ashley和Lily一同出席以Festivals Around the World為主題的聯校英語日營，今次他們負責有關感恩節的攤位遊戲，向在場參加活動的同學及來自世界各地的交流生推廣不同的文化，同時積極地參與各學校所預備的學習活動，學習更多不同國家的文化，獲益良多。
